GAB Appaloosa's is the home of ApHANZ Super-Horse GAB's Whata Kracka. He is a registered chestnut blanket Appaloosa Stallion. He not only looks great, he is also a proven competition horse.
We are aiming to breed quality Appaloosa's and Sportaloosa's. Horses that are just as much at home in the paddock as they are in the show ring. We aim to breed horses that ideal for all the family as well as the serious competitor, so temperament, performance and versatility are equally important. We use our own broodmares for Kracka, as they are picked for bloodlines, colour and temperament. He does stand to outside mares, but bookings are essential as he does have to fit them in around his competitions
I am very proud of Kracka s performance. He's done very well with his Sporting career.
He has been Champion Stallion and ApHANZ Superhorse three years in a row. He has competed in Steer Daubing, Barrel Racing, Reining, Cutting, Eventing, Show-Jumping, Western Pleasure, and Dressage. He has also been a family horse, having my children ride him. He is an extremely versatile sire.
With a proven Competitive Record and Numerous Ribbons and Trophies,, Kracka with the added bonus of colour, would be a suitable sire for your Sporthorse Mares. Sport-Horse progeny can be registered with Sportaloosa International
GAB Horses began from a love of the appaloosa horse and a passion for breeding a good all round sport horse that was as much at home in the competition ring as it was on the family farm carry kids around for treks, but with that something extra......super colour. What’s better than having a good horse that can do anything, than having one that can do anything and it stands out from the crowd. It's not just another brown horse, but a recognisable pattern and colour! Allison, the owner, has almost 40 years of knowledge within the horse industry. Beginning in her home country, the UK, and now here in New Zealand. From Pony Club through racing, cross country, western riding, and team chasing. Breeding good quality horses with the best temperaments and good social dispositions was always top of the list. A horse that can excel in any discipline, and that has the conformation to shine in the halter show ring, and the athleticism to succeed in the competition ring. Also a horse that is going to be loved by all of its family, and trusted with the youngest of riders. The Appaloosa has all that.
